Case Study: WAMA Edih and Learning Space - Let's do more, Than an online course
WAMA Edih posed a unique challenge: to create a comprehensive online course on digital transformation to help companies navigate the key stages of digitization. Collaborating with eight experts from different fields required creating a coherent and engaging program that addresses the needs of today's market.

How do you make the course a development program and not just a standard online course?
When WAMA Edih approached Learning Space, we knew we had a unique job ahead of us. Each of the eight experts had his or her own approach and style, so our task was to harmoniously combine their knowledge into one course. It was like an orchestra in which everyone played a different instrument - Learning Space became the conductor of this diverse symphony, making sure the material flowed and was consistent.
Together with WAMA Edih, we designed a hybrid training with workshop elements and hands-on tasks that drew participants in and enriched the learning process. The program included group consultations, thematic webinars and mentoring from experts. This allowed participants not only to gain knowledge, but also to solve specific digitization problems in their companies.

Workshop orchestration of knowledge
We conducted a series of workshops with each expert, harmonizing their visions and teaching styles to create a cohesive course.

Content production and creation
Each module was recorded in a professional studio, with visual elements and interactive exercises that reinforced understanding and learning.

Integration and optimization
We have divided the course into more than 600 different formats: texts, videos, quizzes and exercises. Each material has undergone multiple tests to meet the highest technical and educational standards.

Motivation and interaction with participants
We introduced regular webinars and consultations that kept trainees engaged and supported them in overcoming ongoing challenges.
